It might seem like a cliché, but there's immense value in expressing rather than bottling up emotions. Voicing thoughts and feelings can validate them, whereas ignoring them might seem easier but eventually becomes overwhelming. This is precisely where counselling can offer a much-needed outlet for these pent-up emotions.
Understanding the complexities of mental health is a journey I know well from my own experiences. It inspired me to give back and support others as I was supported. My personal journey enhances my ability to connect with others on a deeper level. Each person has a distinct story, and my role is to provide them with the guidance and support they need
