I’m a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, offering couples and individual therapy in Greenwich (SE10) and online.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, often accompanied by a mix of emotions. I offer a space where you can speak openly and honestly, free from judgment, to explore whatever challenges you're facing, whether individually or in your relationship. I provide both short-term and long-term therapy tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that the approach is always right for where you are in your journey.

For Couples
Couples therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your relationship dynamics. Relationships can bring joy, but also conflict, disconnection, or miscommunication. Whether dealing with trust, intimacy, or recurring arguments, therapy helps you understand and shift the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I believe that relationships are systems influenced by both partners’ histories, emotional needs, and communication styles. My approach is not about blame but ensuring both partners feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll uncover emotional patterns and build healthier communication strategies to reconnect.
If your connection has weakened or been challenged, therapy can help you rediscover the love that brought you together and equip you with tools to face future challenges with more empathy and clarity.
For Individuals
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, individual therapy offers a space to explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.
I take a collaborative approach, offering support and appropriate challenge to help you explore past experiences, relational patterns, and emotional needs. We’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back and build resilience, clarity, and connection.
Whether you’re seeking couples therapy or individual support, I believe in therapy’s power to unlock deeper understanding and foster long-term positive change. Together, we’ll create meaningful connections, within yourself and with others.
My first session
I offer an initial, free-of-charge, consultation over Zoom (lasting about 15-20 mins), to answer any questions you may have, and to give you a better idea if we might be a good fit to work together. Following that, the next step would be an assessment session (charged at my standard rate) to talk in more detail about what brings you to therapy.
Fees (per 50-minute session):
