About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. To see whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 30 minute introductory call to discuss your situation and needs. You can also ask any questions about how I work.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist (MBACP) and couples therapist. I practice in Dulwich, Clapham and London Bridge. I offer sessions online and in person.
For my ongoing sessions I work from a results-based, client-focused approach, drawing from humanistic and psychodynamic theory, to help clients bring about meaningful and lasting change.
I studied to Master level at the University of Edinburgh, and finally completed an additional BACP accredited Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy at the University of Roehampton.
I have worked with clients in various NHS settings, including IAPT utilising Solution Focussed Therapy. I am also passionate about destigmatising mental health issues in current society.
