About me and my therapy practice
A very warm welcome to you. Finding a new therapist can be daunting, but you have already taken the first step.
Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, alone, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're grappling with anxiety or low self-esteem, navigating relationship issues, or seeking support through a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone.
What to expect
Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. My goal is to empower you to cultivate resilience, foster meaningful connections, and embark on a journey towards greater wellbeing. I work in a non-judgemental way so that you can feel safe sharing things that have felt difficult to discuss elsewhere.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based techniques that are tailored to meet your unique needs and encourage open conversation. If we choose to work together, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
I have a particular interest in a person's childhood and how your past experiences have shaped you. Together, we can explore patterns, difficult emotions, held beliefs, and the past experiences that might still need to be processed or challenged.
Practice description
I am a humanistic integrative counsellor. This means I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling, and Gestalt, which I tailor to each client.
I have had experience working with a wide range of issues including but not limited to; depression, anxiety, self-esteem, attachment, exploring sexuality, identity, self-harm, trauma, relationship issues, work issues, grief and loss.
My first session
Not every therapist is going to be right for every client. This is why I offer a free, no obligation, 15-minute phone or video call to explore if I am the right therapist for you.

If we decide to work together, sessions are weekly and last for 50-minutes.
