About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling to cope with everyday life? Do you feel that something isn’t quite right but can’t pinpoint what it is? Are you feeling overwhelmed juggling family, work and relationships?

Who am I?
I am an integrative counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards personal discovery and growth. With a compassionate and client-centred approach, I strive to create a safe, calm, and thoughtful space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
As a BACP registered integrative counsellor, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each individual is unique, and my role is to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet your specific needs and goals. By drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques, I aim to provide a flexible approach that addresses the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural aspects of your well-being.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a secondary school counsellor, supporting young people aged 12-18 through academic pressures, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and the complexities of adolescence.
I also volunteer with a grief charity, offering vital support to those struggling with loss and bereavement, assisting individuals in coping with their grief and finding pathways to healing. Furthermore, I have experience seeing patients at a local GP surgery.

My first session
Our first session will be a free chemistry session. We will meet to discuss what you are looking for and I will explain how I work.
