About me and my therapy practice

Do you experience periods of low mood, anxiety and low self esteem? Do you want to make changes but just don't know how?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help you understand your current mindset and teach you practical techniques to move forwards. 

I am a qualified CBT therapist and nutritional health coach based in Midlothian. I am passionate about helping people make long-lasting, helpful changes in their thoughts and daily habits to improve their awesomeness!

Using my knowledge of psychology, change management and nutrition I help people make lasting improvements to their health. Together we explore your unique vision of wellness and create a realistic plan towards it. Our sessions are collaborative and involve active participation. Together we will identify what is keeping you stuck and ways to move forwards.

Practice description

Life can get complicated but self care doesn't need to be. I truly believe the route to wellness lies in taking a holistic approach. Understanding the influence that our self-narrative, our nutrition, our movement, our relationships, have on our energy is key to wellbeing. 

My goal is to create a non-judgemental, open space where you can explore what has been keeping you stuck. I believe that everyone has the ability for personal growth and my role is to provide you the framework to achieve it. 

My practice involves intentional participation and collaboration. One of the reasons I love CBT is that it is future focused, let's learn from the past and move forwards! 


My first session

I offer a free 15 minute online consultation prior to any sessions. This allows you the opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together. 

All sessions are 50 minutes and the first session will focus on understanding the presenting problem and identifying your therapeutic goals.  To support the first session some paperwork will be emailed to you for completion prior to the session.
