About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), bringing a deep and thoughtful approach grounded in both academic training and personal experience. My journey began with a degree in Addiction Psychology, which laid the foundation for understanding human behavior and the complexities of change. I continued with a postgraduate diploma and a master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a particular focus on existential psychotherapy, which now forms the core of my practice.
Existential psychotherapy guides my work with clients, helping them explore life’s deeper questions, navigate difficult emotions, and find meaning in their experiences. My aim is to create a safe, calm space where clients can be themselves, free from pressure or judgment. Whether you're new to therapy or have worked with other therapists, I meet you where you are and walk with you through whatever you’re facing
Practice description
My practice focuses on supporting clients as they explore life’s challenges, uncertainties, and goals—whether these involve deeply rooted issues or present-day stresses. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially for those new to it. That’s why I prioritise creating a warm, compassionate environment where you can feel understood and at ease. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, gain insights into recurring patterns or thoughts, and identify ways to move forward.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Whether you’re navigating complex issues, seeking a stronger sense of purpose, or wishing to make meaningful changes, my approach provides consistent, empathetic support that encourages self-exploration and growth. I work exclusively online for now, offering flexible scheduling options, including evening availability.
My first session
I offer an initial assessment session at a rate of £45. This session provides an opportunity for us to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss your goals, and determine if my approach aligns with your needs. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions about the therapy process and get a feel for what working together would be like. The assessment session allows me to understand your unique situation, so we can decide on the best way forward together. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this first session, and I’m here to support you in whatever direction you choose
