You might be here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, searching for meaning, or navigating a specific challenge. Whether you’re exploring recovery, grappling with spiritual questions, or seeking clarity in your emotions, I provide a calm, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen and heard. My aim is to support you in exploring what matters most to you and help you find your path forward.
As a registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I bring a blend of academic expertise and personal insight to our work together. My background includes a degree in Addiction Psychology and advanced training in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a focus on existential therapy. This allows me to help you navigate life’s deeper questions and emotional complexities with understanding and care.
Practice description
My practice is centered on helping you discover meaningful insights and directions in your life, drawing upon principles of existential psychotherapy. This method is especially helpful if you find yourself searching for clarity amidst life's uncertainties or if you're facing challenges that seem overwhelming.
Understanding that reaching out for help can be daunting, I am committed to providing a therapy experience that is both comforting and tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to offer a calm, judgment-free space that promotes personal exploration and growth, helping you feel supported and understood from the start. I offer sessions both in-person and online to fit into your schedule, ensuring you can access support when you most need it.
My first session
I offer an initial assessment session at a rate of £45. This session provides an opportunity for us to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss your goals, and determine if my approach aligns with your needs. It is a chance for you to ask any questions about the therapy process and get a feel for what working together would be like. The assessment session allows me to understand your unique situation, so we can decide on the best way forward together. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this first session, and I’m here to support you in whatever direction you choose
