About me and my therapy practice

Psychodynamic counselling is a form of ‘talk therapy’ and explores how your unconscious thoughts might affect the way you act. It is open ended therapy. I provide you with a safe and confidential space to talk about worries or problems you are experiencing and listen to you without judgement.

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor accredited with the BPC British Psychoanalytic Council and a registered member with the BACP.

Areas of Counselling I deal with for anyone 18 years old and over are: abuse, alcohol issues, anxiety, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, feeling sad, loneliness, low self-esteem, relationship issues, self harm, stress.

Sessions can be either face-to-face in Basingstoke (Hampshire) or Enfield (London). I can also support you with sessions on the phone or online.
