About me and my therapy practice
A warm welcome to bespoke Integrative psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching. I specialise in chronic anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, relationship issues, family issues, childhood trauma, bereavement and loss, work related-stress, burnout, addictions, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Third-Wave CBT. EMDR.
I work with women’s health, men’s health, students 16+, couples, and private healthcare insurance referrals, online and in-person in London SW7.
I offer long-term Integrative psychotherapy, short-term counselling (+12 sessions), or single session therapy (one-off), and a confidential sanctuary to explore complex emotions, behaviours, relationships, and life's complexities.
A normal part of being human is experiencing challenges in life, but sometimes those challenges may feel overwhelming. When life events bring about deep pain or distress, they may prompt us to question our fundamental beliefs; we may begin to reassess our habitual responses and explore alternative ways of being. As we don’t choose our genetic and developmental background, the journey of self-exploration can be challenging, perplexing, and intricate. With a compassionate demeanour, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and a nuanced understanding of human behaviour and its complexities, drawing from a wealth of experience and a rich professional background in the corporate world, high-performing sectors, education, academia, and life.
My strengths lie in my capacity to build strong relationships with my clients, whereby you feel understood and supported, whilst simultaneously adapting my clinical expertise, intellectual rigour, and psychotherapeutic knowledge to meet your needs, and together, we can explore the root causes of issues and discover new ways for approaching challenging situations, providing practical coping strategies that will support your psychological well-being.
