About me and my therapy practice
Together, we can work with whatever challenges you're facing using a person-centered approach to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapies (Attachment).
Usually, I work with clients for six sessions to alleviate distress and detangle some of life's challenges: acute stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, depression, lack of motivation, relationship issues, seasonal affective disorder (SADs), trauma, and neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia).
I am available online but I prefer face-to-face appointments with rooms in central Salisbury.
Practice description
With a fresh perspective, integrative counselling psychotherapy offers a range of support to challenge your thinking and engage your feelings as you accept what you do (and don’t) want to change, to gently explore how you can move ahead.
My first session
By creating a secure base and having the time to talk in a safe space, you can trust that sessions are non-judgemental, discrete and confidential.
From the very first meeting, we work within the BACP Ethical guidelines and everything we discuss is private and confidential.
Initial meetings are usually an hour where I seek to understand a bit more about your situation, what brings you to counselling, and what some of your goals in therapy might be (if you have any).
The therapeutic relationship we build is what matters most.
