I am a registered therapist with over 15 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy. I am also a qualified psychologist registered in Brazil and the UK.

My approach is shaped by extensive clinical experience gained from working in hospitals, hospices, charities, and within the NHS. This experience has been enriched by collaborating with adult individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in both Brazil and the UK.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating various physical and emotional challenges, with a particular focus on women's mental health and migration-related issues.

In addition to being a Registered Member of the BACP, I am also an Accredited Register Member of NCPS and a Chartered Psychologist member of the British Psychological Society.

The therapy modality and session frequency are individually agreed upon with each client during initial consultations and reviewed throughout the support process.

My first session

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call before scheduling your first session. This is a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves, discuss your needs, and address any questions you may have about the therapy process.

During our first session, we will review the therapeutic agreement and focus on your needs, relevant aspects of your history, and your expectations for therapy. This initial stage is crucial for establishing a solid foundation for your therapeutic journey.
