About me and my therapy practice
I am trained as an existential psychotherapist, qualifying from Regents University. I work with clients to examine their world around them. Including looking at their life choices and what has influenced and led them to those choices. I hope to empower the client in whatever life path they might be on and help them to explore their place in the world and the relationships in their life.
I work by helping the client to exploring their life path, where they can consider what has influenced their choices and discus if there are any regrets or expectations within their current life. By examining the impact of past choices on someone’s current life you can consider how things can be different going forward or how to create joy in your chosen life. we can also examine what it means to be actively present in your current life, rather than deliberating what could have been.
