I understand firsthand the challenges of mental health. I have faced my own battles with anxiety and know how overwhelming it can feel. My journey led me to North Wales, where I pursued an MSc in Counselling. During this time, I found the importance of a supportive community and meaningful connections. I also discovered a passion for bouldering, which became crucial in managing my anxiety. 

I have experience supporting people with various issues, including anxiety, low mood, ADHD, ASD, trauma, anger, stress, and relationship difficulties. I also have extensive experience working with clients facing abuse and those in vulnerable situations, such as poverty, disability, and discrimination. These experiences have taught me the importance of not just building resilience but also empowering people to regain control of their lives.

My approach integrates various therapeutic styles to suit your unique needs. I believe in the power of integrative therapy, drawing from different methods to create a holistic healing experience. My first session

The Client agrees to pay a fee of £50 for each individual counselling session. For clients eligible for concession (e.g., students, senior citizens, individuals with low income), the Client agrees to pay a reduced fee of £45 for each individual counselling session upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility.
