I use an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs and preferences. I work in a culturally informed way, recognising that our cultural backgrounds shape our experiences of the world.

My first session
Prior to our first session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Zoom. This gives you the chance to ask any questions and determine if I could be the right fit for you.What I can help with
