About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centered, pluralistic therapist who values each individual as they are. I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental safe space where clients can explore and grow at their own pace.Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, including as a teacher in education, with a nonprofit organization supporting young carers, and within social services assisting children and families facing challenging circumstances. In each of these positions, I have been dedicated to helping individuals navigate a variety of difficulties in their daily lives and work towards positive change.
I believe the client-counsellor relationship thrives on finding a therapist with whom you feel a genuine connection, whom you can trust feel safe with and feel truly heard by.
Practice description
I am a highly qualified BACP-registered counsellor and therapist, having trained at the Metanoia Institute. As a pluralistic therapist, I welcome my clients to bring their own creative ideas into sessions if they feel it would benefit their therapeutic journey.
I believe that we all have the innate ability to thrive, but life’s experiences can sometimes create blocks which then affects how we perceive ourselves.
