I offer a genuine, caring, and confidential space where your unique journey is fully respected. My aim is to help you move towards a more fulfilling sense of the world, empowering personal growth and deepening your sense of self. Therapy with me prioritises mindful investigation, emotional inquiry, and somatic awareness, allowing you to explore your experiences with non-judgemental presence, openness, and empathy. With compassion and care, I provide valuable tools, insights, and perspectives to support healing and self-discovery.

As a trauma-informed therapist my approach is rooted in understanding how early relational experiences shape emotional patterns and affect the nervous system, often leading to developmental trauma. Working with adult survivors of abuse, complex PTSD (CPTSD), and emotional dysregulation. I support clients in healing attachment wounds, helping them cultivate greater self-regulation, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. Through a compassionate and integrative approach, I create a safe, supportive non-judgemental space, where clients can reconnect with themselves.

An opportunity for us to get to know each other, for you to ask questions and ensure that our goals align.

Sessions

Once we have determined that we are a good fit  therapy can takes place over a flexible period of time according to your needs and resources. It can be short term - usually 6 to 12 sessions structured and focused on solving the identified problem or situation. Or it can be long term - lasting from months or years, helping to explore more deep-rooted issues or difficulties.

I recommend starting with a 4-6-week block. This timeframe will allow us to establish a foundation. At the end of the 4-6 weeks, we can assess our progress and decide if you would like to proceed with an open-ended or time-limited set of sessions.
