About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I am Esther Dietrichsen-Farley, Person-Centred Counsellor, Psychotherapist (MBACP, Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and Founder of The Farley.
The Farley: Counselling and Psychotherapy for Individuals & Professionals.
Online, In-Person, & Business Counselling Options for Burnout, Stress, Relationship Struggles, and more.
I created The Farley for people - over the age of 18 - who are experiencing:
Burnout & Work-Related Stress: Constant exhaustion, irritability, lack of motivation, and feeling overwhelmed by work or personal responsibilities.
Anxiety & Depression: Persistent worry, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, low mood, fatigue, and a sense of hopelessness.
Relationship & Communication Struggles: Frequent conflicts, feelings of disconnection, difficulty expressing emotions, and strained interactions with others.
Life Transitions: Uncertainty, indecision, emotional instability, and a sense of loss or confusion.
Trauma and Unresolved Emotions: Flashbacks, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting others, heightened anxiety, and difficulty processing past experiences.
The Farley is a private, serene sanctuary tucked away in a green corner where you are free to explore the impact of your internal struggles on your emotional, cognitive and physical well-being. Alternatively, you can do so from the comfort of your own home (via online sessions) or at a confidential in-person meeting space convenient to you (such as your office via tailored sessions).
Crucially, we make the profoundly necessary space to delve into your entire experience. The Farley’s safe and confidential talking therapy service supports you in uncovering the underlying influences that shape your emotions, behaviours, and beliefs. This can help identify and shift limiting patterns or perspectives that may be causing distress.
I look forward to hearing from you!
