About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Kate, a Pluralistic therapist (BACP registered) offering sessions in London Fields and online.

There are many reasons why you might find yourself here. Perhaps you are working with a current issue, or there is something rooted in your past or perhaps you're not sure. Whatever it may be, it takes courage to begin to explore these issues.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental and grounded space for you to feel at ease. We can explore what is going on in your world at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can begin to unpack what you are currently experiencing. We can begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings and move towards a place of understanding and healing.

I work with a range of issues such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Family and relationship issues
  • Loss
  • Bereavement
  • Burnout
  • Stress
  • Sexuality
  • Gender
  • Pre/post pregnancy
  • Hormonal - peri-menopause, menopause, fertility, PMD.
  • Additionally, I bring a deep understanding and focus on neurodiversity and ADHD

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or book in a free, initial 30 minute session.

Practice description

I am a Pluralistic therapist which means I work collaboratively with you. Everyone is different in their preferences and we can discuss that in an intro session and throughout, should you wish to work together.

By creating a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space, I hope that this will encourage you to share your experiences, whatever they may be, for us to explore together, at your pace.

My first session

I like to offer a free initial session of 30 minutes, either in-person or online online. There is no expectation or obligation to continue sessions together.

It is a big step to seek therapy and it has to be right for you and suit your needs. In this session, we can explore what you are currently experiencing and what has brought you to therapy at this time. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have.
