I am available for online and telephone work, I am willing to work flexibly with shift workers.

I take an integrative approach to counselling, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs. My foundation is in person-centred counselling , ensuring a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and valued. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) trainee, I can also incorporate CBT techniques into client work to help clients understand and manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

I work with individuals and couples, supporting them through personal challenges, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being. I have a strong interest in how physical health and emotions interact. I have long nursing background and so am empathic to the demands placed on Carers, Nurses, Medical and Allied Health Professionals.
