About me and my therapy practice
I am a transpersonal counsellor offering compassionate, holistic support to individuals navigating life's challenges. My approach blends evidence-based modalities, including psychosynthesis, mindfulness, and psychodynamic methods, tailored to your unique needs. Central to my practice is creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, or a desire for deeper personal growth, I am here to help you uncover insights, build resilience, and reclaim balance in your life. Our work together will focus not only on addressing immediate concerns but also on exploring broader themes of meaning and purpose.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As well as private practice I work with Waythrough as an Addiction Service Counsellor.
I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting and celebrating individuality. Sessions are available in-person in London or online, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
Practice description
Many practitioners write a list of issues they work with. I take a different approach. You are more than a label or a diagnosis, so let’s have a discussion to see how I can be of service to you.
I do have some specialism and particular interest, these are:
Anxiety/Depression
Addiction
Grief and Endings
LGBTQIA+ Issues
If I think another practitioner will be better suited to your needs, I will happily provide you with some recommendations.
I warmly welcome all clients to my practice and work with a wide range of differing ages, cultures, faiths abilities and backgrounds. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and welcome clients from this group.
My first session
The first session, a chargeable assessment, is an opportunity for us to meet and get to each other. It will be a space for you to ask any questions you may have about me or the counselling process and to talk about what brings you to counselling. At the end of this session we should have a good idea as to whether we want to work together and continue with further sessions, although you may want to think it over for a few days.
