About me and my therapy practice
I am an BACP trained counsellor with an integrative approach, meaning I am adaptable to the client's needs. I offer online sessions but if you are local to Bexleyheath and would prefer face to face that is something we can discuss.
I have worked for many years in education and have a wealth of experience with young people and adults including those who are neurodiverse, experiencing gender identity issues or trying to navigate the journey through adolescence.
I have experience of working with adults too helping clients through problems relating to depression, anxiety, self-esteem or relationship problems.
Practice description
I am a qualified L4 therapeutic counsellor, registered with the BACP.
My practice is ideally online with a zoom link being sent the day before the session.
Clients are expected to complete a contract with me before sessions begin, this is according with BACP standard practice.
Sessions are non-judgemental, confidential and give you a chance to explore who you are and how to move forward in life.
My first session
I am happy to send a zoom link for a free 15 minute session to see if we are a good fit.
