About me and my therapy practice
It's hard to know which therapist is right for you. To help you narrow down if I am right for you: my expertise are in trauma, relationships, depression and anxiety, life changing events, working with older people and disability.
I have supported people through sudden life changes due to disability, divorce and separation, family issues and more. I have also worked with people struggling with feelings of isolation, depression and anxiety due to several different factors. Some of these are due to work, university, friendships and some are due to experiencing new or historic trauma.
If you want to learn more about if I'm the right therapist for you, feel free to book in for a free consultation with me and go from there.
Practice description
