I work in an integrative style, meaning that i adapt therapy to suit your needs. This could range from working on things in the present to working on events that have affected you from childhood.
Practice description
I have helped people make healthy changes and my clients have ranged from people struggling with various relationships, work related issues, sudden life changing events, childhood trauma, depression and issues related to disability.
I'm warm, welcoming and provide a space in which you can feel relaxed. I want to get to know you and help you work through issues while providing a safe and confidential environment.

Consultation: I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation
