About me and my therapy practice
Whether you feel lost, stuck, like you don’t belong, are not good enough, struggling with work life balance feeling this way doesn’t have to last forever. Listen to the part of you that wants and knows there could be something different for you out there. Seeking support can be daunting but counselling offers the first step towards living life the way you want to live it. It can provide you with a safe space to voice your thoughts, feelings and a platform to understand who you are now and where you want to get to.
Working with me, we will sensitively explore your past for a deeper understanding of your present, whilst incorporating tools to foster self-compassion and achieve your objectives for the future. My journey has inspired my passion for helping others, particularly those who doubt their own abilities. Prior to counselling I have had experience in working in schools and in charities and I understand the challenges faced by those working in these environments.
Practice description
I work face to face with clients from Loughborough and for clients anywhere else I work online through teams.
