Have you been in an abusive relationship and need some space to process what you've been through and how it has affected you?
Working with adults (aged 18+), I help support you if you're feeling low, anxious, stuck, lonely, or confused. I meet you with warmth, kindness, and understanding; empowering you to build confidence and self-esteem, to help you identify and meet your own needs.
