About me and my therapy practice
I offer short or long term psychotherapy, where in a supportive and collaborative space, you can talk about yourself and your life at the pace which suits you.
Psychodynamic therapy involves listening carefully to whatever is important at the time – distress, confusion and conflicts, all expressed freely – then by exploring feelings and thoughts that might be out of reach and unconscious, we work to understand the underlying causes.
Practice description
I am based in consulting rooms in Summertown, easily accessed from Oxford city centre.
I am a Registered Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
In addition, I am currently undertaking advanced doctoral training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the University of Exeter and the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF). In connection with this I am able to offer intensive psychotherapy at a lower cost than usual. Please get in touch if this might be of interest.
Once weekly concessionary sessions are currently full, but do still enquire in case a space might become available.
