Hey and welcome! Let me introduce myself. I’m Karolina and I'm a qualified counsellor specialising in high-functioning anxiety. I mostly work with perfectionism, overthinking, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, and those who struggle to implement healthy boundaries.
