About me and my therapy practice
Finding someone to talk to who listens and understands you can be the first step of the journey towards positive change. Maybe you're feeling low and don't know why? Maybe you are trying to overcome big life events and everything has changed around you and you need some support? I offer counselling for individuals which focuses on who we are in the present moment impacted by life and relational experiences and emphasises personal responsibility and self-awareness. I offer a secure and safe relational space to explore the issues that bring you to therapy.
The advantages of Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling include: promoting personal growth, increased self esteem, improved relationships and enhanced emotional well being. Gestalt counselling works with you, the person, not with any diagnosis or label you may have been given. My first session
I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation before commencing an initial assessment session and open ended weekly appointments.
