About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic counsellor which means I am interested in knowing about your past as well as your present in order to think about your future. The aim is to work collaboratively so that, together, we can arrive at ideas and solutions that will help make sense of what you might be struggling with. As a psychodynamic counsellor, I am aware of the benefits of the shared richness in two people working together to make sense of the world.
Practice description
Clients can expect a safe, confidential environment to explore ideas and issues. I am a registered member of the BACP and am bound by its Code of Ethics.
