About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes events in life can throw us off course and we may feel stuck, confused, and unsure about how to proceed. Or perhaps on some level we’ve always felt that way.
Asking for help can be challenging and I deeply respect and honour your courage in considering taking that step.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult situation or seeking deeper healing, you needn’t face it alone, and I’m committed to helping you find your own way forward.
I have supported clients from many backgrounds, facing a wide range of struggles. These include but are not limited to: addiction, anxiety, childhood abuse and neglect, coercive control, depression, insomnia, OCD, suicidality, trauma.
As a relational therapist, I believe the relationship created between us is a unique and integral part of the therapeutic process, capable of offering us insight. I understand how important it is for you to feel safe and able to trust I will not judge you for what you share, and I appreciate this may take some time to develop. I aim to create and foster a space in which all of you feels welcome - the light, the dark, and everything in between.
We are complex beings, and many things will have shaped us, perhaps in ways we don’t yet understand. But each of us deserves the opportunity to define and discover what a full and meaningful life looks like. I hope that our collaborative efforts will leave you feeling more empowered to meet life and its challenges on your own terms.
Please note I do not work with experiences of sexual abuse or violence, and if you're seeking specialist support, I would recommend contacting:
