About me and my therapy practice
Don’t be alone with whatever you are carrying. Embarking on a journey of self-discovery is a courageous step, and as your therapist, I am here to walk beside you with empathy and understanding. Together, we'll explore your unique path in a nurturing space where you are seen, heard, and understood in a non-judgmental way.
In my work I use techniques to raise self-awareness of what is happening to you in the here and now and how that affects you. I work holistically with the past and present using warmth, openness and curiosity to provide a safe therapeutic environment where you can be your authentic self.
Alongside my work in private practice, I have experience working in an NHS setting working with anxiety and depression. I am also working as a counsellor in an agency dealing with issues of cultural identity and trauma.
Practice description
I am a Gestalt therapist using person-centred, humanistic, and existentialist approach. I believe in the power of working creatively with somatic body work and body sensations. Through dialogue, creative techniques, and mindfulness exercises, I explore how individuals perceive and relate to their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the present moment.
In our sessions, we'll journey together through your individual path within a supportive environment, where your voice is valued, your experiences are acknowledged, and you're embraced with compassion and acceptance

We will meet for a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs, goals and get a feel for each other and how we go forward if you wish.
