About me and my therapy practice
Life isn’t a smooth track – there are potholes and speed bumps and unexpected detours. Our emotional life is the same – we all have a need to grow and progress but sometimes it’s hard to see the way forward. Loss of a loved one, relationship problems, work or school stress – these can all lead to anxiety, grief or emotional pain. I know how hard it is to start your therapeutic journey and talk to a counsellor, but once you have made that decision you are taking the first step towards positive change. I offer a safe, warm, confidential space for people to talk and when they are ready, explore difficulties or issues they are having.
I am mainly person centred, which means I am client led but I also use different ideas and techniques to suit you.
