Thank you for reading my page. I am aware that it can be daunting to take the first step in seeking counselling but my hope is that you will experience me as warm and sincere. I work with an integrated model which means that I tailor my approach to best suit your needs. I strive to create a strong counsellor/client relationship which I believe is the key to successful therapy by providing a space where you can talk through your concerns with no judgement and help you to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your patterns of relating and thus leading to increased self awareness. I have over 25  years experience in crisis counselling for a global airline, and have also worked as a school counsellor in a secondary school setting. I am presently working for St Christophers Hospice offering bereavment support.
