Hi I’m Kyle I’m a fully qualified person centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I offer a warm non judgemental, confidential space online via google meet. I also work as a bereavement counsellor alongside my private practice at a local hospice.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for self-awareness and personal growth. I follow the Person-Centered Therapy principles developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness.
My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, leading to greater self-understanding and positive change.
I have a vast experience of working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, low self esteem and self worth.
i can offer a safe and supportive environment to talk through any feelings and concerns you may be having. An important part of counselling is about building a trusting and therapeutic relationship and to work in therapy collaboratively.
