I work in a very flexible way to accommodate Client's availablilty.

I work face to face but also offer telephone and online therapy.

My first session

In order to support a potential client I offer a free initial telephone chat lasting about 20 minutes. This is an opportunity for us both to introduce ourselves, ask questions and to ensure we would be able to work together with a common goal to supporting you the client to move forward towards a more positive and confident place.
