About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes seem like an endless maze, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and powerless. As an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I am committed to guiding individuals on their path to mental well-being, personal growth, and fulfilment. I take a holistic approach to your needs, utilising a variety of therapeutic methods to customise our sessions specifically to you.
My practice is grounded in the principles of self-discovery and acceptance. I aim to help you identify your needs and embrace your authentic self through increased self-awareness. Together, we’ll work to unravel the complexities of your current challenges, empowering you to forge a path forward.

Practice description
I specialise in assisting adults including young adults in navigating life transitions, managing challenging emotions, coping with anxiety or depression, addressing relationship struggles, or feeling lost. I recognise the courage it takes to embark on the journey of healing and self-discovery. If you’re ready for this transformative journey, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session.
In addition to my private practice, my volunteer experience included Phoenix Counselling and Psychotherapy, an agency dedicated to providing affordable and accessible community counselling. At Phoenix, I supported adults dealing with trauma, loss, abuse, anxiety, and depression. Currently I serve as a volunteer counsellor with the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust, where I am part of the Youth Counselling Services team, working with young individuals aged 12-25.
