About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my page.
I am Zehra, a registered psychotherapist working in private practice. I believe that different people benefit from different types of therapy at different times in their lives. Therefore, my approach to therapy is pluralistic/integrative where I tailor our work according to your therapeutic needs and goals.
If you are someone looking to learn strategies and tools to help with your anxiety, a behavioural approach such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) might suit you best. If you are someone looking for a more exploratory approach where you can reflect on your life, your relationships and the changes you want to make a humanistic approach such as existential or psychodynamic therapy might work well for you. You might also be interested in combining different approaches.
In my therapeutic work I focus on developing a good relationship and offering a safe relational space through which we can explore your concerns - whether it is long-term or short-term therapy. You are welcome to get in touch with me for a 20min free initial online consultation where we can meet and discuss your needs from therapy.
Individuals: £90
Couples: £120
Each session is 50mins long.
*I offer both online sessions and in-person sessions in Gloucester Road, South Kensington.
*I offer a reduced rate of £80 for individuals and £110 for couples if you are a student, low-income or unemployed (limited availability).
