About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working at the Oakdale Centre in Horsforth, Leeds. I offer short-term, long-term or open-ended psychotherapy.

I have worked with a wide range of clients and issues including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and trauma.

As a psychodynamically-trained psychotherapist, our focus would be on the unconscious mind, exploring emotions, thoughts, and early life experiences to understand present behaviour. We would also look at the therapist-client relationship, where together we would uncover hidden patterns and unresolved conflicts.

In addition to working privately, I also work with parents of young children at Headingley, Horsforth and Ireland Wood Children's Centre.
