About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified counsellor passionate about supporting young people and adults. I offer talking therapy through my private practice and local youth-focused charities.
With a deep understanding of the complexities of anxiety, depression, and addiction, I am committed to helping individuals navigate these challenges. My personal and professional experiences have given me valuable insight into these issues, allowing me to provide empathetic, evidence-based support tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
I currently offer online sessions allowing flexible access to therapy. Confidentiality is central to my practice, with secure record-keeping and full professional indemnity and public liability insurance in place.
If you're ready to start your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself, I'm here to help.
My integrative approach combines methods like Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor sessions to your unique needs—whether short-term or long-term support. As a BACP member, I adhere to their Ethical Framework and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Practice description
I provide a welcoming, confidential space where you’ll find understanding and support to help you make sense of your challenges.
Together, we will work on practical tools and coping strategies to empower you to make positive changes in your life.
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and take place via Microsoft Teams. To maintain confidentiality, please ensure your environment is private, free from interruptions, and that you cannot be overheard during the session.
Fees & Cancellations
Individual counselling sessions are priced at £60.
Blocks of 5 sessions can be purchased in advance at a reduced rate of £50/session.
Payments can be made at the end of each session via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Since your time slot is reserved specifically for you, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, you may still be charged for the session.
Please contact me to arrange your initial assessment.
My first session
We begin with an initial assessment where we can meet and determine if counselling is the right fit for you. We’ll then discuss the number of sessions needed and the best approach moving forward. Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly for continuity, but the frequency can be adjusted to meet your needs.
