About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel too much when you are juggling lots of different roles and you may feel as if you are weighed down by everything that you are carrying. This might leave you feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. Putting the needs of others before yourself can be exhausting and a constant source of worry, negative thinking and conflicting feelings or emotions.
Maybe you are finding it hard to gain a work life balance.
Maybe this is causing relationship difficulties or affecting your ability to connect with others positively.
Perhaps you keep telling yourself that you should be managing better but are finding it hard to cope and can’t admit this to anyone.
I can provide you with a non-judgemental space and protected time where we can begin to unpack what you are carrying, and I can work with you to make changes to help you feel calmer and happier.
I work in a trauma-informed, person-centred way and through the relationship that we build I will offer compassion, curiosity and support so that you can gain clarity, develop strategies for self-regulation and be supported to develop healthy boundaries.
Practice description
My experience includes:

• Supporting children and young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour and also supporting their families and carers to support them
• Working therapeutically within the criminal justice system
I offer counselling in person.
