About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified person centred therapist which means I put the client at the heart of what I do and believe you are you own expert. By providing a space for you to be heard we can work around the issues you bring into that space

Practice description

I offer a free initial consultation to see whether you think the therapy I offer is the right type for you and if indeed I am the right counsellor for you.

My first session

The first session, post consultation would ordinarily be a session of exploration for yourself and us getting to know each other and starting to build the rapport we need to continue working through whatever issues you bring
