About me and my therapy practice
You are making the first step into therapy, by being curious and looking here to see who you might like to contact and work with. Your aims may be to have some peace, feel contentment, understand a relationship or yourself more deeply.
Practice description
I offer a safe space where we can work together to identify, explore and work through things that are troubling you. My approach is warm and empathetic and I will collaborate with you to identify any emotions and challenges you may be facing aiming to help you to feel heard, accepted and understood.
As you take this path to a more contented self, I will always be honest with you and show you nothing but empathy, compassion and understanding.
My first session
Our first meeting will be a free 25 minute telephone or zoom consultation to talk through what has been on your mind and how therapy can help.
We'll arrange a weekly time to meet, online or in-person, and then go from there.
