About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Lulu. Combining Psychotherapy, Psychology and Coaching, I practice from an integrated approach, which involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a Client's particular problem. I mainly work with Polyvagal theory, the Person-Centred approach, Transactional Analysis, Attachment Theory & Psychodynamic theory. I am currently working towards registration as a Clinical Sexologist and Couples Therapist.
I am a sex-positive and pleasure-positive therapist, meaning that I respect and welcome individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship constellations and practises (including those from LGBTQ+, kink and polyamorous communities).
Therapy is not a casual undertaking. It requires a sincere commitment on your part to prioritise yourself and your personal growth. Together, we will identify any blind spots you may have and we will take action by resetting those frames of reference and patterns of behaviour that are holding you back.
Prior to establishing a private practice, my clinical experience began as a trauma-informed Psychotherapist at a women's charity, working with survivors of rape, sexual violence and domestic violence.
