About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, meaning my approach is entirely focused on your individual needs. I offer a confidential, caring and empathic space free from judgement to explore the issues that are affecting your wellbeing and impacting your daily life.
Perhaps you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed and finding it difficult to see a way forward. I would like to offer my support to sit alongside you to work through those challenges together at your pace. Therapy can help you gain further awareness of who you are, help you make the most of your life and harness your inner strength.
I have had the privilege of working with men and women with a range of emotional issues to access their innate value and sense of self-worth. I have worked with many emotional issues; from anxiety, stress, anger, loss, relationship issues, trauma and disability.
Practice description
I offer in-person therapy sessions from my partnership practice in Kingston. I also offer online sessions via Google Meet, if preferable and more convenient for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes every week and I offer short and long term counselling. I ask for a minimum commitment of 6 week to establish the relationship and work through what is going on for you. I review our work regularly and value feedback.
My first session
Before we decide to work together I offer an initial free 15 minute online consultation or telephone call to find out more about what is troubling you. This will help me understand more about what issues you are facing, how I may be able to help and answer any questions you may have.
