I currently have availability for online or phone counselling on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday daytime, Thursday daytime or Friday mornings.
In person sessions are available on Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons.

Practice description
I offer a Person-centred, collaborative space to examine the things that matter to you. We can map a path to the change you seek. Along the way you can gain invaluable insights, develop coping strategies, and acquire the necessary tools to navigate life's challenges.
My first session
I offer a free introductory session by phone or online. This will allow you to address any questions you may have and enable me to understand how I can be of the best help to you.
