About me and my therapy practice
Hello, and a warm welcome to you.
Do you feel different, like a square peg in a round hole and not sure where you fit?
Sometimes, we may find ourselves struggling with feelings we may not be able to name. We may feel anxiety and not understand what is behind that. We can feel stuck and overwhelmed—whether in our thoughts, emotions, relationships, work, inability to sleep or even in patterns of behaviour that do not serve us well.
If something is weighing on your mind, no matter how big or small, it is worth sharing. You deserve to be heard and supported.
I offer counselling support for a range of different issues.
Based on my personal experiences, I have an interest in the difficulties that Anxiety can present, helping to bring clarity around what is causing the anxiety, whether it is past experiences, grief, unresolved emotions, or current stressors. Often, anxiety is fuelled by underlying fears or beliefs that may not be immediately obvious.
I also have an interest in and extensive experience working with bereaved people. Having experienced several losses myself, I understand the importance of having someone to talk to who can help normalise the unpredictability of grief during such challenging times
I am a counsellor specialising in short and long-term counselling for adults aged 18+ in the UK. I work online or via telephone, so counselling can be conducted from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP), and fully insured
For a chance to see if we are the right fit for each other, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call.
