About me and my therapy practice
As a counsellor my role is to provide space and guidance to discuss what is important to you at this time. I am a qualified Person-Centred therapist which means I have an empathic, non-judgmental approach and provide emotional support.
I offer the chance to reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing in a safe, confidential environment, with someone outside of your day-to-day life.
Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to a fresh perspective. Counselling isn't about giving you advice or solutions but allowing you the opportunity to make your own changes if necessary.
Practice description
I offer individual counselling and particularly welcome students aged 16+ years.
All sessions take place online via Zoom, enabling you to access counselling from a distance and save time on travel.
My first session
Relationships take time to establish, and it is very important for any client to be able to trust a therapist.
With this in mind, I offer all new clients a free 15 minute online session which allows you to talk a little about your situation, gain a sense of what it would be like to work with me and ask any questions you may have.
