We would meet, either online, on the phone or face to face, for 50-minute sessions. While it is important to have regular sessions, this could mean weekly, fortnightly or even monthly, depending on what works for you. Due to demands on your personal life or your particular circumstances, meeting at the same time every week may be difficult. I aim to offer flexibility to my clients, aware that we all have our own ways of doing things, and that something working for one client doesn’t mean it works for all clients. This is how I conduct my practice, not just my diary, aware that everyone I work with is a unique person with their own personal history and experience.
I am qualified to work online, over the phone or face-to-face, with premises in Portree and Staffin.
