About me and my therapy practice
How can I help you ?
It is not too late to want change.
I am a therapeutic counsellor specialising in anxiety, significant loss, grief and past childhood or family issues affecting adults in the present.
I use my skills, on-going professional development and experience to help clients to overcome struggles due to issues that are often rooted in the past. Experiencing difficulties with loss and grief can be linked to this.
Do you feel anchorless, deep loneliness or without meaning in your life; depressed or overwhelmed with anxiety or guilt or dealing with feelings of shame or anger? Did you feel that your needs were not met as a child ?
Maybe you cannot identify what you feel but you feel stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you where you are just surviving day to day.
My goal is to help you process your experiences and guide you towards an understanding of your past to help you build self-awareness, self- compassion, and self-belief so you can live a more fulfilled life and connectedness
I have lived experiences of these issues and I provide a warm, empathetic and fully accepting space for you to explore what is happening.
I am trauma informed and this means I have an understanding of how the body works when overwhelming emotions are present and how childhood adverse issues can impact us.
I work with adults of all ages and nationalities, races, backgrounds, faiths, genders and sexualities. I acknowledge how these differences can impact each of us in very different ways.
Alongside Private Practice. I have worked with a bereavement organisation in Ealing helping bereaved adults from 16 years old and I currently work with young adults with difficult relational and childhood experiences including self-harm and sexual abuse.
For your personal safety and protection, I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS check.
As a member of the BACP I adhere to the BACP ethical framework.
Practice description

Close to North Acton tube station and numerous bus routes from Shepherds Bush, Acton Town and Ealing. 266 and 440 bus routes are easily accessible with 207 and SL8 and E3 within easy reach.
